BasicCamp.live was a 20-hour pandemic exit exercise that took place and was streamed live in Berlin during August 20-24, 2021. The crisis team of a fictitious German government met with the goal to analyze the real risk situation of Germany in August 2021 and to work out measures to avert the danger. The focus was on the virus situation ("4th wave?"), adverse vaccination side effects, supply chain interruption, measure-induced over-indebtedness. 15 lawyers, scientists and politicians formed the crisis team as a shadow cabinet.
The outcome of the exercise: an epidemic situation of national scope does not exist given the low legality and mortality of Sars-CoV-2 and its mutations. All infection control measures must therefore be terminated immediately. In order to get an overview of the extent of the increasingly visible massive adverse vaccination side effects, a vaccination moratorium of initially two weeks must take effect immediately. Autopsies of persons who died shortly after vaccination must be performed routinely. Hospitals must prepare to treat a large number of vaccine injuries. The occurrence of supply shortages for the population must be closely monitored. The division of society must be countered by appropriate reassuring and reconciling communication strategies on the part of the government. Important aspects for the near future are ensuring access to evidence-based information for the general public, fighting corruption and lobbying especially from the pharmaceutical sector, strengthening the principle of subsidiarity, and regionalizing decision-making.
With a few exceptions, the participants are members of the party dieBasis. However, this was not a party event; rather, the initiative for the exercise came from Dr. Reiner Fuellmich and Viviane Fischer, who are running for the German Bundestag on behalf of dieBasis and, at the same time, have been analyzing viral events and the consequences of the measures in the Corona Investigative Committee since July 2020.
